Based in Paris, our team, with more than 20 years of experience, has revisited the approach to customer experience with the will to make a difference around an innovative universe.
Who we are ? Our name can separated into two words: “universe” and “perfume”. The S of “SENSE”. Our name sounds like the “universe of the senses”. It is the journey between these two territories that we are making. This is the journey we invite our customers, who will seduce their own, thanks to their olfactory signature.
The worlds we sail in are as rich and varied as hotels, airlines, art galleries, car dealerships, medical, events in all its nuances and shops where we like to wander.
To ensure that our guests experience their customers in a unique way, we have developed a 360° approach to combine memories and emotions.
From this idea, the UniverScent Paris range was born.

We work closely with the best perfumers around the city of Grasse.
At each stage of manufacturing, we are committed to a rigorous quality approach.
Our products for olfactive diffusion are made in our French factory, certified ISO 9001, and our perfumes, produced in France, in accordance with the standards established by the RIFM and IFRA.
We ensure that hygiene procedures are fully respected and, in parallel, we carry out continuous research and development work.

All our products are developed with a view to the biodegradability of components, the possibility of recycling packaging and the fight against planned obsolescence.
Our olfactory diffusers work without any propellant or heat source.
Aware of the environmental issues, we are constantly looking to optimize the management and recycling of our packaging and to guarantee olfactory products with biodegradable components.
